The goal of EU.org is to provide free subdomain registration to users or non-profit organizations who cannot afford the outrageous fees demanded by some NICs, especially in Europe.
Any kind of help is welcome. EU.org would have been unthinkable without a lot of support of many kinds.

       EU.ORG 域名是歐盟組織下的Paul Mockapetris這個人在1996年創建的，歐盟法國是EU.ORG二級域名提供商，從1996年開始提供免費EU.ORG域名，是免費域名中老牌中的老牌。其官網界面超級簡單，純文本形式，就是由一些文字組成，沒有任何華麗的圖片，當您第一次打開官網頁面，絕對不會相信這就是一個從1996年開始提供EU.ORG免費域名提供商的官網。      
       EU.ORG 域名可供個人或組織免費申請使用，到目前為止沒有任何限制。官方不提供DNS及解析服務，您必須使用第三方DNS解析。關于域名注冊成功後的使用期限，官網上沒有看到任何提示，應該是永久有效的。
       EU.ORG免費域名注冊流程相比以前簡單了許多，建議大家珍惜使用。如果您真正需要一個免費二級域名，可以考慮注冊；如果只是想注冊玩玩，建議不要浪費資源。切勿囤積注冊，以免導致官方限制中國IP注冊。

       要申請.EU.ORG域名之前當然要先查詢一下該域名是否已經被註冊，只是EU.ORG官方網頁過于簡樸，沒有查詢功能，只有提交申請表單之後才能檢驗域名是否合法。如果瀏覽器沒有紀錄表單內容就要重新填寫，一來一往十分麻煩。但也有一個簡單的方法可以查詢，通常沒有Whois紀錄的域名都是可以註冊的，唯一要注意的是.EU.ORG子域名長度至少要四位以上。這裡提供一個查詢的網站Ping.Eu，一般站長經常用來測試伺服器的功能都有，當然也有查詢Whois紀錄的功能。

       友情提示：在“IP address or host name”後面輸入域名之後，一定要選擇“Full info（完整信息）”，然後輸入驗證碼，點擊“GO”開始查詢Whois紀錄。

       打開申請頁面：https://eu.org/arf/contact/create，出現SSL認證錯誤，無須理會，直接點擊確認即可。





       點擊“Create”完成注冊後，如果顯示如下頁面表示注冊成功。



       登陸您的注冊郵箱，完成驗證。





       點擊“Validate”完成驗證，顯示：Your contact handle is now valid. 表示驗證完成。



       登陸：https://eu.org/arf/en/login/?next=/arf/en







       如果顯示（'Domain already exists', 'tool.eu.org'）表示域名已被注冊。



       點擊“Submit”檢測後，如果顯示上面內容表示域名申請注冊成功，等待官方審核開通。另外請記住類似“20160808163613-arf-44121”的字符串，現在不知道還有沒有用，很早以前這個字符串是用于開通域名的。
       域名審核開通一般需要等待24~48小時才能開通。如何查看域名開通狀態，登陸：https://eu.org/arf/en/login/?next=/arf/en，登陸後如果顯示您注冊的域名，表示域名已經注冊成功，您可以DNS解析綁定空間正常使用了。
